Please note that pricing for S&H is $4.65 for First Class Shipping, and $9.75 USPS Priority Mail. All orders with over 4 name badges will ship US Priority Mail.
BASE PRICE IS $6.75 which includes: Printed Logo, Hospital Name Engraved, and Pin Fastener
Each additional line of engraving (after the Hospital Name) is additional $0.50 per line per badge
Each additional printed logo OR printed Animal Hospital name.
